About Us

Bobby Genovese

Bobby Genovese’s passion for connecting driven individuals with lucrative opportunities began at age 25, when he founded his first company in Ontario. He later established a Vancouver-based firm specializing in small- to mid-sized capital growth opportunities. After selling his stake in the firm, he launched BG Capital Group Limited and BG Capital Management Corporation in The Bahamas, with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Vancouver.

Over three decades, Mr. Genovese has built and acquired companies across a wide range of industries. He bought and built the Neptune Society into the largest cremation company in North America and acquired MASA Global, one of the largest air ambulance companies in the country. In mining, he is credited with putting the historic Bunker Hill Mine back into production. He also brought his entrepreneurial philosophy to television as host of his own show, Bobby G: Adventure Capitalist.

In 2013, Mr. Genovese introduced BG Signature, a curated portfolio of extraordinary destinations and experiences, including the 154-foot Feadship yacht BG Charade (once owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen), a state-of-the-art equestrian center in Vero Beach, Florida, and his flagship property, BG Ocala Ranch. Located near Orlando in the heart of horse country, BG Ocala Ranch offers a sophisticated equestrian experience amidst its lush pastures and stately oak trees.

Outside his philanthropic endeavors, Genovese lives in The Bahamas when he’s not traveling the world with his family.

Giving Back

Giving to others is a responsibility and a privilege. As Canada’s largest and most sophisticated center for pediatric cancer research, Toronto’s Hospital for
Sick Children leads the list of organizations that stole our founder’s heart many years ago. We therefore help provide critical resources and
support for its pediatric cancer initiatives to facilitate treatment and care.

Through the annual Car and Boat Rally Scavenger Cups which began in 2007, more than $16 million has been raised for this vital cause. Our
founder, Bobby Genovese, is honored to chair these rallies and join the team of people behind this effort.

If you’re working on something big, whether it’s a cause, a venture, or an idea worth backing, we want to hear about it.
